Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@restowrap.com. The customer is responsible for returning the item, and once received back we will refund you the cost of the item(s) returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage to speed up the process.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept liability for items damaged during installation. Please check your product thoroughly before installing, as we cannot accept damage after installation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-stock items (not for sale on our website) such as custom orders cannot be returned.
Samples are not returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues. If not, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and notified by e-mail.
